1-5/2011 Geodätische Bezugssysteme Küste Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Die vorliegende Richtlinie steht in enger Verbindung mit der Richtlinie "Vermessungsrichtlinie und digitale Datenformate" (3-7/2009). Diese ist Grundlage aller Vermessungsaufträge, die durch die mit Küstenschutzaufgaben betrauten Umweltbehörden seit Juli 2009 ausgelöst werden. Die Vorgaben dieser Richtlinie gelten für die Abgabe aller digitaler Daten, Karten und Abbildungen aus aktuellen Vermessungsaufträgen, Planungen und Konstruktionen sowie Geoinformationsanwendungen in den gültigen geodätischen Bezugssystemen. Die Übernahme historischer Daten vor dem Juli 2009 von Dritten sowie die Übergabe von Altdaten und Altvermessungen vor dem Juli 2009 an Dritte (z.B. durch die Dokumentationsstelle des StALU Mittleres Mecklenburg) kann in den zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung gültigen Koordinatensystemen erfolgen. Die Transformation der Daten in die neuen amtlichen Systeme muss eigenständig durch den jeweiligen Empfänger vorgenommen werden.
