Beförderer, Sammler, Händler und Makler von Abfällen

Gemäß § 53 und 54 KrWG müssen Beförderer, Sammler, Händler und Makler von Abfällen ihre Tätigkeit der Behörde anzeigen bzw. i.d.R. eine Erlaubnis beantragen, sofern sie mit gefährlichen Abfällen umgehen.

Das LUNG verfügt über eine Übersicht über alle Personen, die ihre jeweilige abfallwirtschaftliche Tätigkeit angezeigt haben bzw. im Besitz einer Erlaubnis sind. Erfasst werden sowohl Personen, die gewerbsmäßig als auch im Rahmen (anderer) wirtschaftlicher Unternehmen mit Abfällen umgehen.
