VBORIS WMS Bodenrichtwerte Thüringen
Der VBORIS-TH-WMS beinhaltet alle ab dem Stichtag 31.12.2008 veröffentlichten Bodenrichtwerte für Bauflächen, für sonstige Flächen und für land- und forstwirtschaftliche Flächen sowie städtebauliche Maßnahmegebiete (Entwicklungsbereiche und Sanierungsgebiete, die nicht im vereinfachten Verfahren durchgeführt werden). Der Dienst basiert auf dem VBORIS-Datenmodell und ist pro Stichtag in vier Layer untergliedert: (1) vBODENRICHTWERTZONE_JJJJMMTT, (2) vBODENRICHTWERTZONE JJJJMMTT Beschriftung, (3) vBORISVerfahren_JJJJMMTT, (4) vBORISVerfahren JJJJMMTT Beschriftung. Zusätzlich zu den Layern für die einzelnen Stichtage gibt es weitere vier Layer jeweils mit den Daten des jüngsten turnusmäßigen Stichtags (zweijähriger Turnus): (1) vBODENRICHTWERTZONE_aktuell, (2) vBODENRICHTWERTZONE aktuell Beschriftung, (3) vBORISVerfahren_ aktuell, (4) vBORISVerfahren aktuell Beschriftung. Der Layer vBodenrichtwertzone beinhaltet alle Stichtage, so dass sich diese überlagern.
