Ersatzflächen

Ersatzflächen dienen dazu, Beinträchtigungen, die aus einem Eingriff gemäß der naturschutz- und baurechtlichen Eingriffsregelung in Natur und Landschaft resultieren, mitauszugleichen.

Das Kompensationsverzeichnis laut LNatSchG NRW stellt alle Flächen auf dem Stadtgebiet von Herne dar, die mit Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes (11/2016) Rechtskraft erlangt haben. Flächen aus Verfahren vor diesem Zeitpunkt sind zwar dargestellt, haben aber keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit.
