Im Schwarzplan, ein aus ALKIS- und ATKIS-Daten zusammengesetztes Produkt, werden ausschließlich Gebäude als schwarze Flächen dargestellt. Andere Objekte wie z. B. Straßen und Topographie sind ausgeblendet. Es kann dadurch leicht zwischen bebauter (schwarz dargestellt) und unbebauter Fläche (weiß dargestellt) unterschieden werden.
