Die Daten des Shapefiles werden aus dem Bergbau-Informationssystem des Sächsischen Oberbergamtes ("BIS") abgeleitet. Die Geometrien des Feldes der Bergbauberechtigung sowie der Betriebsplan-Fläche werden aus den mit Verwaltungsakt definierten Eckpunktkoordinaten abgeleitet.
