Vorranggebiet Industrie und Gewerbe

Ziel im Regionalplan. Die Erweiterungsfläche für den Industriestandort Böhlen-Lippendorf ist als Vorranggebiet Industrie und Gewerbe in der Karte 14 „Raumnutzung“ ausgewiesen. Die Gemeinden sollen vor der Neuausweisung gewerblicher Bauflächen industrielle und gewerbliche Altstandorte nachnutzen, ihre bereits baurechtlich genehmigten Gewerbegebiete auslasten sowie bei Bedarf verstärkt interkommunale Gewerbegebiete entwickeln. -Daten stammen vom Regionalen Planungsverband Leipzig-Westsachsen -rechtliche Grundlage bildet der Regionalplan Westsachsen 2008 (Stand 25.07.2008)
