BfG Metadatenkatalog

Metadatenkatalog der Bundesanstalt für Gewässerkunde. Der Austausch der Metadaten erfolgt über die vom OGC spezifizierte Catalog Service Web- Schnittstelle (CS-W) in der Version 2.0. Um die in Deutschland verwendete und von INSPIRE empfohlene Bereitstellung von Metadaten gemäß der ISO-Normen 19115, 19119 und 19139 zu ermöglichen, bedarf es einer weiteren Konkretisierung dieses Standards durch ein Applikationsprofils (AP). Dieses ebenfalls beim OGC standardisierte OpenGIS Catalogue Services Specification 2.0.2 - ISO Metadata Application Profile (1.0.0) bildet daher innerhalb der Geodateninfrastruktur Deutschland (GDI-DE) den Standard zum Zugriff auf Metadaten.
