Überschwemmungsgebiete des Saarlandes, festgesetzt

Überschwemmungsgebiete des Saarlandes (UESG_fest). Hier wurde der bestehende Layer mit den festgesetzten Überschwemmungsgebieten um weitere per SWG neu festgesetzte Bereiche ergänzt. Die Besonderheit ist, dass hier zwei Rechtsbereiche parallel existieren, da die alte Rechtsverordnung (RVO) noch mindestens ein Jahr weiter bestehen bleibt. Sie erkennen dies in der Attributtabelle unter „Status“ (RVO/SWG).
