Dieser WMS zeigt Flächen, deren Böden in den obersten 4 Dezimetern eine mindestens 1 Dezimeter mächtige Schicht mit über 15 Prozent organischer Substanz aufweisen. Die Auswertungsbasis bilden folgende Grundlagen: Informationssystem Bodenkarte von Nordrhein-Westfalen 1:50.000 [IS BK 50], Informationssystem Bodenkarte zur landwirtschaftlichen Standorterkundung von Nordrhein-Westfalen 1:5.000 [IS BK 5L], Informationssystem Bodenkarte zur forstlichen Standorterkundung von Nordrhein-Westfalen 1:5.000 [IS BK 5F]. Die Landesmoorkulisse NRW ist die Gebietskulisse des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen zum Schutz von Mooren und Feuchtgebieten.
