Überschwemmungsgebiete des Saarlandes, faktisch

Überschwemmungsgebiete des Saarlandes (UESG_fakt ). Hier wurden die HQ100-Bereiche der Hochwassergefahrenkarten um die faktischen ÜSG ergänzt, für die Kartiergrundlagen im LUA vorlagen (z.B. Oberlauf Mandelbach, Bickenalb, Feilbach, Oberlauf Söterbach). Diese sind keine Risikogewässer nach § 73 WHG, haben aber insbesondere bei Bauvorhaben u.ä. Rechtsrelevanz nach § 77 WHG.
