Kreis Herford: Flächennutzungsplan - WFS

Für das Gebiet des Kreises Herford existieren eine Vielzahl von Flächennutzungsplänen , welche jedoch noch nicht flächendeckend vorliegen. Über die Umringe der vorhandenen Flächennutzungspläne (soweit sie dem Kreis vorliegen) gelangen Sie zu weitern Verknüpfungen bis zum Dokument des Flächennutzungsplanes. Der Flächennutzungsplan (FNP) (vorbereitender Bauleitplan) stellt die beabsichtigte städtebauliche Entwicklung einer Gemeinde dar. Er ist das Ergebnis eines grundsätzlichen politischen sowie fachlichen Planungsprozesses einer Gemeinde. Seine Inhalte richten sich nach den Vorschriften des § 5 des Baugesetzbuches (BauGB). Der Flächennutzungsplan ist ein vorbereitender Bauleitplan, der keine direkte Rechtskraft für den Bürger entfaltet, sondern lediglich behördenintern bindene Vorgaben bzgl. des Inhalts von Babauungsplänen sowie unverbindliche Hinweise zur Entscheidung über Genehmigungen von Vorhaben enthält. Flächennutzungspläne müssen von der übergeordneten Verwaltungsbehörde (in der Regel Bezirksverwaltung) genehmigt werden und sind für die Entwicklung nachgeordneter Planwerke bindend.
